Annual Enrollment Fees
- Registration Fee: $100 per student (non-refundable)
- Textbooks/Materials Fee: $250 per student (non-refundable)
- Technology Fee: $50 per student (non-refundable)
*Admissions fees are annual fees and are non-refundable. Please be sure to review the associated fees and financial commitment when applying at GCBA. By submitting the application, you are acknowledging the financial commitment including the withdrawal policy.
Annual Tuition Costs Per Student
- Tuition without After School Care: $ 4,000 per student (payable in 10 equal monthly payments, August thru May)
- Tuition with After School Care: $ 5,500 per student (payable in 10 equal monthly payments, August thru May)

Requirements for Applying
1. Required Documents
Please note that you must submit the non-refundable $100 registration fee with your application.
The following documents are required for your application to be considered complete.
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Last two years of end-of-year report cards (with teacher comments)
- Current report card (with teacher comments)
- Most recent end-of-grade test results, achievement test results, and other standardized test scores
- Copies of testing, evaluations, psychological reports, curriculum modifications, and individualized education plans(IEP), if applicable
- Copy of all custody papers, if applicable
- Confidential Recommendation Forms: The application will ask for email addresses for the recommendations.
2. Admission Entrance Process
Qualified candidates will be invited to a family interview once the Admissions Entrance process is complete. This includes receipt of all required documents.
The family interview should be attended by the student and both parents. The interview is our opportunity to get to know one another and to determine the extent of a good match between the school and the student.
3. Admissions Decision
Notification of a decision will be made by our administrative staff and you will be contacted either via email or phone.
Upon acceptance, the enrollment packet and non-refundable enrollment fees must be submitted within 48hrs to secure your student’s seat.
Withdrawal Policy
- Families who enroll but withdraw their student during 1st Semester will be responsible for 50% of each student’s tuition.
- Families who withdraw their student during 2nd Semester will be responsible for 100% of each student’s annual tuition.
- All tuition prepayments (made as part of the re-enrollment process) are non-refundable.
