Grace Covenant Baptist Academy is proud to serve students enrolled in our area schools in providing a quality, Christian Afterschool program. 

 

  • We Serve: Ball Camp, Cedar Bluff, Hardin Valley & Mill Creek Elementary Schools of Knox County
  • Closures: We are closed Spring Break, Fall Break, Memorial Day Week and Christmas Week, as well as all federal holidays and in-service days. These closures have been taken into consideration in regard to monthly tuition costs.
  • Normal Hours: GCBA After School program is open Monday – Friday until 5:30 p.m.

Students are transported from school to our campus where they are greeted by a safe and fun environment staffed by friendly, experienced teachers.  Our goal is to become an extension of your family in providing care and nurturing for your child.  Our program is monitored by the Tennessee State Department of Education.

 

Upon arriving from school, students are provided an afternoon snack and then invited to participate in one of our many activity centers for an afternoon of fun and recreation, followed by the daily Bible teaching from God’s Word.  Our program, although structured, is somewhat “laid back”, giving students an opportunity to become involved in creative, social and recreational opportunities.

Fees

All fees are per student and non-refundable

  • Enrollment Fee: $70.00

 

Tuition
  • 5 days per week: $81.25 per week ($325.00 per month)
    (Payable in either bi-monthly or monthly installments)

 

Important Note: 2-week notice required for withdrawal from the After School program.
